AI and Learning Data
- -LiveClassroom uses AI systems to generate explanations, control learning visuals, create notebook notes, and evaluate learning progress.
- -After a completed session, AI systems may extract a small set of useful learning observations for future personalization. Raw transcripts are not used as the long-term memory record.
- -Session content may be processed by third-party AI, realtime voice, infrastructure, database, and hosting providers strictly to operate the product.
- -Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless you have a written agreement with us that covers that use.
- -For institutional pilots, source documents, slides, videos, images, manuals, training policies, and other uploaded materials should be provided only when you have the right to use them.
Sharing
- -We do not sell personal information.
- -We may share information with infrastructure providers that help us operate authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, realtime audio, and AI features.
- -We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect users and the service.
- -For academy or enterprise pilots, organization administrators may receive learner progress, completion, feedback, and engagement summaries for their own courses or cohorts.
Retention
- -We keep account, progress, and feedback data while your account is active or while needed for beta validation, legal, security, and operational purposes.
- -You can request deletion of your account or beta feedback by contacting us. Some logs or backups may remain for a limited period where required for security or operations.
Your Choices
- -You can choose not to submit optional feedback or beta application information.
- -You can stop using a classroom session at any time.
- -You can inspect and remove individual personalization memories from your learner dashboard.
- -You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
